Our one-of-a-kind, affordable pet wellness plan helps you keep your pet healthy with customized options for many of your pet’s needs – throughout their life.

What is a Wellness Plan?
Our Preventative Care Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include examinations, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, de-worming, dental care or spay/neuter, discounts on services and much more!

How are they different than pet insurance that I already have? Our Preventative Care Wellness Plans do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply on all services, treatment, and medications. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless on a puppy/kitten plan).

Is there a discount for services that are not included in a plan? Yes, a discount of 10% off all services, treatments, medications, and most retail items. Exceptions include a few select food items and retail items. The 10% discount will apply to items such as prescriptions and medications, retail products such as treats, food, toys, shampoo, & conditioners.

How do wellness plans work? Each Wellness Plan includes a bundle of preventive care services and discounts that have been designed to meet the needs of your pet. The plans will include 2 office visits for your pet, to include annual wellness, recheck or a medical problem visit. The puppy/kitten Wellness Plan offers 3 office visits, due to the booster schedule recommended for your pet’s first year of life. At your first visit, we’ll assess your pet’s overall health and provide the first set of diagnostic tests, vaccines and de-worming to protect him or her against a wide variety of diseases and infections. Over the course of the year, we will provide all of the vaccines, vaccine boosters, spay or neuter surgery, testing and de-worming treatments that are included in your plan. If your pet is needing additional visits there is the 10% discount which is applied to the medical service and treatment. For your convenience, you can drop your pet off for any visit; we’ll provide the veterinary care your pet needs while you get back to your busy day and we’ll schedule a pick-up time that’s at the end of the day.

Why does my healthy pet need a wellness plan? All pets, need regular, ongoing preventive care to stay healthy. Pets can hide problems & pain, so ongoing preventive care is important at any age. Young, adult pets also need regular veterinary care for protection against parasites, infections and diseases. Our wellness plans include an established schedule of care that’s just right for your dog or cat. In the examinations, we will be doing diagnostic testing to be able to identify and treat issues early, before they become more serious and harder to address.

How do I pay for a Wellness Plan? We offer low monthly payments for our Wellness Plans for the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What happens if I want to cancel my plan? Plan services are provided at significant discounts, often times at almost half-off, under an annual agreement. Agreements may be cancelled at any time. However, under the monthly pay option, services may have been performed that have not been fully paid for. In this situation the client is responsible for the remaining payments on the plan or the full retail value for services or discounts used under the plan less payments made (whichever is less). What does it cost? Since each Wellness Plan includes different services, tailored to the age of you pet and whether it is a cat or dog, we have 3 different categories, based on the age of your pet. There is a one-time membership, enrollment fee of $99. At the time of sign up, the initial enrollment fee, and the 1st month payment is due.
